Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data management.
  • Participate in audits and implement improvements based on findings.
  • Stay updated on financial trends and regulatory changes in the property industry.

Profile

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or similar area.
  • 5-7 years experience in the management control area and project finance.
  • Strong knowledge of management control and accounting.
  • Great understanding of the business, supporting the decision-making process.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Good English domain.
