Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead the agile team in the development and enhancement of the Secure GPT Model Hub
  • Defining and prioritizing product requirements based on business needs and user feedback
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features
  • Communicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, with all AXA major entities, through their CDO and CIO, and animate a monthly product committee
  • Monitoring product performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize the product
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies and managing the product backlog
  • Advocating for the user's perspective and ensuring the product meets their needs
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest priorities and business objectives
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet acceptance criteria and align with the product vision
  • Ensure that the product is compliant with security and data privacy

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role (Tech Lead)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development life cycles
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or services

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in product management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub)
  • Expertise in software design patterns, architecture principles, and development methodologies
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support product decisions

Soft skills / transversal skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and requirements
