Your Role at EFFY:

Jewelry Specialist

  • Engage directly with guests to deliver personalized, high-value shopping experiences
  • Educate customers about EFFYs fine jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and stories
  • Drive individual sales through expert product knowledge and polished communication

Brand Ambassador / Public Speaker:

  • Represent EFFY through dynamic public speaking and onboard marketing presentations
  • Host events, seminars, and interactive sessions to showcase our signature collections
  • Build excitement and awareness for the brand across diverse onboard audiences

Jewelry Manager (Assistant Manager)

  • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, inventory control, and team scheduling
  • Lead and develop a high-performance sales team, coaching to maximize results
  • Ensure an elevated luxury experience aligned with EFFYs brand standards

Who We're Looking For

  • Energetic professionals with a passion for fine jewelry and luxury guest service
  • Confident communicatorswhether in one-on-one interactions or in front of large audiences
  • Proven sales achievers with a desire to grow in a performance-based environment
  • Experienced leaders with a background in retail or boutique management
  • Public speakers or marketing talents with the ability to influence and inspire

What You Should Know Before You Apply

  • Contract Commitment: A minimum 6-month contract aboard a luxury cruise ship is required.
  • Included Support: We cover a wide range of expenses, including flights, onboard meals, training, and more, to support your success at sea.
