Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound advisory calls from Dutch-speaking customers, delivering insightful information regarding our products and services
  • Support customers with their inquiries and ensure that all communications are accurately recorded in the CRM system
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to customer accounts and documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Work closely with sales and customer support teams, fostering a unified approach to customer engagement
  • Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to help refine service strategies
  • Stay up to date on product offerings and developments in the industry to provide relevant guidance and advice

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset
  • Prior experience in customer service, advisory, or administrative roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building rapport with customers
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
