CI Program Coordinator (M/F)
for a leading company in the Porto area, to lead and coordinate a global portfolio of strategic projects that drive operational excellence and transformation across this multinational organization.

As a key player you'll work with method specialists and cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver measurable business impact through process excellence and innovation.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate CI and strategic improvement projects across global sites;

  • Work closely with method specialists to ensure proper application of CI tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile);

  • Drive identification, prioritization, and execution of improvement opportunities;

  • Support global teams, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement;

  • Track project progress and report results to the responsible of the area;

  • Travel regularly to our hubs and facilities to engage teams and ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred);

  • Proven experience managing CI, Lean, or Six Sigma programs in a multinational environment;

  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred;

  • Fluent English: other languages are a plus;

  • Travel Required: Yes (across hubs & facilities).
