Our client is expanding its operations in Viana do Castelo. To support this growth, we are looking for a senior professional to lead recruitment and hiring activities for roles locally.
Your New Role
As Recruitment & Hiring Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring for operational needs. You will work closely with local management and act as a key point of contact for staffing requirements. This role requires autonomy and strong expertise in recruitment processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring for positions.
Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with operational teams to understand staffing needs.
Provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree in Human Resources or similar;
- Proven experience in recruitment and hiring, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Senior-level expertise with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local labour market and regulations.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
