Your New Company

Our client is expanding its operations in Viana do Castelo. To support this growth, we are looking for a senior professional to lead recruitment and hiring activities for roles locally.

Your New Role

As Recruitment & Hiring Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring for operational needs. You will work closely with local management and act as a key point of contact for staffing requirements. This role requires autonomy and strong expertise in recruitment processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring for positions.

  • Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines.

  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company standards.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand staffing needs.

  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Human Resources or similar;
  • Proven experience in recruitment and hiring, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Senior-level expertise with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local labour market and regulations.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
