Job Description- Agility consultant, will trigger the movement, the dynamic of change.
- Change Agent, will hold high the Agility values.
- Trainer, will teach concepts, knowledge or skills ideally based on social and interactive Agile learning.
- Mentor, will share its knowledge, points of view and offers individual and personalized support in the field.
- Facilitator, will helps a group and individual to, learn, explore, find solutions and reach consensus.
- Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques;
- Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies;
- Create and facilitate workshops and events;
- Training, advise and share Agile methodologies;
- Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…)
- Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
- Experience as a Scrum Master;
- JIRA and Confluence;
- Good communication and leadership skills;
- Fluency in English (Spoken and written);
- French knowledge (Plus);
