Job Description

ERP is about helping businesses simplify complexity and thrive in the digital age. As an ERP Senior Analyst , you'll bridge business and technology, turning client needs into clear goals and actionable solutions. You will collect and analyze requirements, design solutions, and provide both technical and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform business requirements into technical models and align processes with ERP application requirements.
  • Prototype and configure ERP processes to ensure the system meets client needs (Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar).
  • Facilitate workshops with clients and consultants to analyze, design, and improve solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are integrated into system specifications.
  • Document system settings and prepare clients for successful adoption.
  • Support testing, training, and ongoing ERP system improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant ERP experience (Workday, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, or Operations processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, integrations, and business analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
