WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred).
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

Key competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with attention to quality.


HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

  • Support configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting user stories.
  • Perform data imports, updates, and basic reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and developers during solution implementation.
  • Help maintain technical documentation and update configuration guides.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce releases and new features relevant to assigned tasks.
