Job Description:

We are looking for professional to own the design and mainten data visualisation solutions that support inventory and asset management processes. The role will work closely with infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure accurate configuration‑item data (CMDB), streamlined Service‑Now workflows, and actionable Power BI dashboards. Candidates should have hands‑on experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB), ServiceNow, Power BI, and related reference data sources such as MAP (or equivalent asset‑referencing tools).

Main Tasks:

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for asset/inventory KPIs (e.g., asset lifecycle, utilization).
  • Translate business requirements into data models and visualisations that support decision‑making.
  • Work with APS Team on preparing data on various data points , KPIs , service review requirements
  • Own the end‑to‑end process for recording , maintaning IT asset discovery, classification, and reconciliation across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
  • Perform and define data quality rules, and exception handling.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Power BI (Desktop, Service, dataflows).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform – CMDB
  • Data analysis & reporting
  • Automation and scheduling data refresh
  • Understanding of reference data management (e.g., MAP).

Language Skills:
