You Will Need

  • +5 years of experience as a Database Administrator;
  • Proven proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases;
  • Strong Knowledge of database performance tuning, indexing strategies, query optimization, replication, partitioning, and clustering;
  • Fluent in Portuguese (other languages are a plus);
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Proven proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python ou similar) and monitoring tools (ex.: Prometheus, Grafana);
  • Solid understanding of security best practices, backup policies, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management.
