Role

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead

Location

Hybrid, Lisbon & Porto, Portugal.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proven experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.G., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CDPs (e.G., Salesforce Data Cloud), Datorama, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (e.G., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Industry-specific experience (e.G., retail, financial services, healthcare) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
