About the role

We're looking for a Software Developer with experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C) to join our Conversion team, responsible for powering the shopping experience-from cart to checkout. This role plays a key part in building a performant, secure, and user-friendly eCommerce journey for our global customers.

You'll be working within a cross-functional product team alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain backend services that support a seamless customer journey. This includes developing new features, improving the architecture, and maintaining our core systems migrated to SFCC B2C.

Your expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud will be critical in scaling the platform that delivers our unique products to a worldwide audience.

Your responsibilities may include

• Developing and maintaining backend functionality using Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, supporting a seamless and secure checkout and payment journey.
• Architecting, optimizing, and scaling backend services for a high-traffic eCommerce platform, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability.
• Designing and building new features and integrations, including custom development and 3rd-party system connections across logistics, customer support, and enterprise systems.
• Contributing to technical decisions and code quality standards through peer reviews, documentation, and architecture discussions within a cross-functional product team.
• Taking on mentorship responsibilities, helping junior developers grow and supporting a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering culture.

We are looking for the following experience

• 4+ years of backend software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (previously Demandware).
• Proficient in or similar backend technologies.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, especially in eCommerce or customer transaction journeys.
• Experience with system integrations, including order management, payment gateways, or customer data systems.
