Ihre Rolle:
Als
Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Legal Advice
sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere deutschsprachigen Kunden. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, umfassenden und fundierten Support zu leisten, der über die allgemeine Kundenbetreuung hinausgeht. Sie werden sich mit Anfragen befassen, die rechtliche Sachverhalte im Kontext der Airline-Operationen betreffen denken Sie an Passagierrechte, Entschädigungsansprüche, oder spezielle Buchungsanliegen.

Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle Kommunikation: Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Chat in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
  • Rechtliche Beratung: Bereitstellung von präzisen Informationen und Erklärungen zu komplexen Themen, basierend auf den geltenden Vorschriften der Luftfahrtindustrie.
  • Fallmanagement: Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung aller Kundenanliegen in unserem CRM-System, um eine lückenlose und effiziente Lösung zu gewährleisten.
  • Eskalationsmanagement: Koordination mit internen Rechtsteams und Fachexperten bei besonders komplizierten Fällen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Beteiligung an der Verbesserung unserer Service-Prozesse und Wissensdatenbanken.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1/C2-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.
  • Service-Orientierung: Ausgeprägte Empathie und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Das Interesse und die Fähigkeit, komplexe, teilweise juristische Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Arbeitsort & Verfügbarkeit: Bereitschaft zur vollzeitigen Arbeit vor Ort in Lissabon mit Verfügbarkeit für rotierende Schichten (Montag bis Freitag, 08:00 18:00 Uhr, portugiesische Zeit) sowie zwei freie Tagen am Wochenende (Samstag & Sonntag).
  • Vertragsdauer: Wir suchen Mitarbeiter für eine 6-monatige Anstellung mit der Option auf Verlängerung.

Your Role:
As a
Customer Support Representative focusing on Legal Advice
, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clientele. Your main responsibility is to provide comprehensive and informed support that extends beyond general customer service. You will handle inquiries that involve legal matters in the context of airline operationsthink passenger rights, compensation claims, or specific booking-related issues.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Professional Communication: Managing inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both German and English.
  • Legal Guidance: Delivering accurate information and clear explanations on complex topics, based on relevant aviation industry regulations.
  • Case Management: Documenting and tracking all customer concerns within our CRM system to ensure seamless and efficient resolution.
  • Escalation Handling: Coordinating with internal legal teams and subject-matter experts on particularly complex cases.
  • Process Improvement: Actively contributing to the enhancement of our service processes and knowledge bases.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Fluent Language Skills: Business-fluent German (C1/C2 level) and excellent English (B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Service Orientation: Strong empathy and the ability to remain calm and solution-focused, even under pressure.
  • Analytical Skills: The interest and capacity to quickly grasp complex, sometimes legal, issues and communicate them clearly.
  • Work Location & Availability: Readiness for full-time, on-site work in Lisbon with availability for rotational shifts (Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM 06:00 PM, Portuguese time) and two days off (Saturday & Sunday).
  • Contract Duration: We are looking for candidates for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
