Role Overview

We are looking for an Intermediate GenAI Engineer passionate about building next-generation AI solutions. If you love working with LLMs, Generative AI, cloud platforms and end-to-end AI pipelines, this role will give you the opportunity to design, build, deploy, and optimize real business-critical GenAI applications in a global environment.

What You Will Do

• Design and optimize Generative AI models for multiple business scenarios.
• Train, validate, and continuously improve model performance.
• Implement GenAI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Develop end-to-end applications using the Microsoft ecosystem (OpenAI, AI Search).
• Build autonomous GenAI applications and (preferably) Microsoft Copilot-based solutions.
• Contribute to RAG architectures, vector search, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native deployments.

Mandatory Skills — Must Be Clearly Listed in the CV

Programming & AI Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs (Azure OpenAI – GPT-4o, o3).
• Knowledge of Gemini 2.5 Pro and Claude 3.7 Sonnet (plus).
• Experience with:
• Azure AI Services (TTS/STS/STT, Document Intelligence, embeddings)
• RAG architectures
• LangChain & LangGraph
• FastAPI for backend API development
• Guardrails + LangFuse

Azure Cloud Proficiency

• Proven experience developing and deploying on Microsoft Azure.
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI.
• Azure AI Search / AI Foundry (vector stores & similarity search).
• Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, CosmosDB, Application Insights.

DevOps & MLOps

• Docker containers, Azure Container Registry (preferred).
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Multi-environment deployments (dev → prod).
• Secrets management: Azure Key Vault, GitHub, HashiCorp Vault.

Desirable Skills (Copilot Development)

Experience With The Microsoft Copilot Studio Framework, Including

• Configuring pluggable grounding and RAG setups.
• Designing structured prompts, validation logic, and content safety guardrails.
• Working with Azure OpenAI + Cognitive Search.
• Implementing plugins, external functions, REST API integrations.

Microsoft 365 Integration (Plus)

• Graph API: emails, calendars, OneDrive/SharePoint, Teams.
• Power Automate: workflows triggered by Copilot interactions.
• Permissions setup (Entra ID), API testing, licensing understanding.
• Dataverse, Power Fx, basic Power Apps.
• Designing conversational flows, triggers, contextual logic.

Project Environment

You will work in a global, distributed engineering environment, collaborating with architects, data scientists, cloud engineers, and business teams to deliver robust AI-powered solutions.
