Key Responsibilities
Drive the brand's creative direction across markets, ensuring innovation and consistency
Develop and write creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and activations
Actively participate in photo and video shoots, providing briefings, guidance, and feedback
Lead the execution of major campaigns, including launches and partnerships
Ensure compelling storytelling across digital, social, and retail channels
Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering collaboration and excellence
Stay up-to-date on trends and propose new creative formats and approaches
Qualifications
Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in creative leadership
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic direction and hands-on content creation
Excellent concept development and writing skills
Experience in creative production, including photo, video, and storyboarding
Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities
Fluent in Portuguese; independent working knowledge of English
