Your Role

We're looking for talented and driven individuals to join our team in Porto, where you'll contribute to delivering high-quality financial services and support to our clients.

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality financial services to clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your expertise and assist in onboarding new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, contributing to continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive team environment while adhering to the Group's code of conduct, Smartworking Policy, and mandatory training requirements.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Management.
  • 1 year of experience in the banking sector (is a plus).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to delivering quality results.
