Votre mission

  • Rattaché(e) aux Managers du Service Client, votre mission principale consiste à gérer les réclamations et à apporter des conseils et solutions à nos clients
  • Réceptionner et traiter les demandes clients et destinataires via les différents canaux de communication: identifier les besoins, informer, conseiller, gérer les spécificités
  • Détectez puis gérez quotidiennement les incidents transport tout en assurant une relation de proximité et de confiance
  • Trouver des solutions face aux problématiques de nos clients en étroite collaboration avec les autres services 
  • Participer activement à la mise en place des procédures et des supports

  • Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française, avec une bonne aisance à l'oral comme à l'écrit 
  • Excellent sens de l'argumentation
  • Réel sens de l'écoute
  • Empathie à toute épreuve
