We are seeking a Social Media Specialist proficient in both German and English to join an on-site team in Porto. This position focuses on managing platform integrity, reviewing community interactions, and ensuring users have a safe and positive experience. It is an excellent opportunity for bilingual professionals who enjoy digital communication and structured workflows.
Your role involves reviewing user reports, analyzing online behavior, monitoring flagged content, and supporting users by providing guidance related to platform features and policies. You will help maintain compliance with community standards, apply internal rules consistently, and escalate sensitive or complex cases to specialized teams. You will work with advanced tools that facilitate decision-making and classification of various content types.
You will collaborate closely with team leaders and specialists who provide training, feedback, and updates on evolving digital trends. This role requires accuracy, multi-tasking ability, and strong cultural awareness when assessing content. You will contribute to improving user satisfaction by ensuring fairness, clarity, and consistency in every case you handle.

Days off: 2 rotating days

Wir suchen einen zweisprachigen Social Media Specialist mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen für ein on-site Team in Porto. Die Position umfasst die Überprüfung von Inhalten, die Bewertung von Nutzeraktivitäten und die Sicherstellung, dass alle Community-Interaktionen den Plattformrichtlinien entsprechen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Analyse gemeldeter Inhalte, die Bewertung von Posts und Kommentaren, das Überprüfen markierter Inhalte und die Unterstützung von Nutzern bei Fragen zur Plattform. Sie wenden interne Richtlinien konsequent an und geben komplexe Fälle an spezialisierte Teams weiter. Moderne Tools unterstützen Sie bei der Kategorisierung und Entscheidungsfindung.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Teamleitern und Fachexperten zusammen, die Schulungen, regelmäßige Updates und konstruktives Feedback bieten. Die Rolle erfordert Sorgfalt, Konzentration und interkulturelles Verständnis. Ihre Arbeit trägt wesentlich zur Sicherstellung eines sicheren digitalen Umfelds bei.
