Let's make it happen What you'll do:
  • You will be part of our Trade Marketing team and contribute to make Emma products stand out in B2B retail stores and marketplaces in 8 markets across Europe 
  • You'll create eye-catching POS materials like banners, displays, and light boxes to attract customers and boost conversions.
  • You'll design visual assets that highlight Emma's presence on marketplaces and influence buying decisions.
  • You'll support in-store campaign execution, managing production, shipping, and rollout in over 400 stores.
  • You'll join partner meetings to secure prime product placements and drive ROI through sponsored ads and homepage visibility.
  • You'll track Retail Media performance, POS costs, and B2B campaign results.
  • You'll collaborate with Key Account Managers, Sales, Product, Brand & Creative, and Drive To Store teams to bring marketing ideas to life.
Who we're looking for:
  • You're excited to learn about retail, wholesale and digital marketing. 
  • You have experience in Canva design.
  • You know how to use MS Office, specifically Excel and PPT. 
  • You are structured in planning and execution. 
  • You enjoy working with different teams and juggling multiple tasks. 
  • You are hands-on and pro-active, and like a dynamic environment. 
  • You are fluent in English (extra languages like ES, PT, DE, NL are a plus).
