Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings align with our business goals and deliver value to our users.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
  • Lead the development of user-centered products by translating insights and feedback into features that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, compliance and other teams to execute product initiatives efficiently.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product status and roadmap changes.
  • Oversee product lifecycle stages from concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital or gaming industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development processes.
  • Very task/ goal oriented and pragmatic person
  • Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming industry is a plus.
