We're hiring:

Professional Support Lawyer to support the Banking and Finance Practice Area

Integrating the Knowledge Management department, the main goals will be to:

  • Enhance know-how collections and proactively seek know-how contributions from lawyers, engaging lawyers at all levels and encouraging competence in the use of knowledge systems
  • Ensure the processing and dissemination of knowledge
  • Assist the Practice Areas' activity on a regular basis, as well as to share the necessary knowledge opportunities
  • Ensure legal research and study of relevant subjects
  • Monitor key regulatory, legal and market developments and disseminate to lawyers, in particular teams, always considering business development potential and the impact on precedents
  • Participate in pilot projects of solutions based on artificial intelligence and support practice area on the usage of IA tools

Profile

  • Law degree (mandatory)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience like an associate in a law firm or in-house counsel
  • Professional experience in Banking and Finance (mandatory)
  • Good communication Skills
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • High sense of responsibility, organization and planning
  • Dynamic, Proactive and innovative
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and to drive projects and initiatives until completion
  • Flexibility to adapt to different activities
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with lawyers of all levels of seniority
  • Good analytical and research skills
