ROLE:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and growth goals.
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Manage video content production - from concept to delivery - coordinating with the in-house videographer to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to align visual assets with the overall brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Monitor social media channels to identify trends, engagement opportunities, and community feedback.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Write post captions, stories and creative briefings for both video and design content production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English (required).
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and responsible.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing (required).
  • Previous experience managing video content production or coordinating with creative teams is a plus.
