Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technician located in Oeiras. The IT Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support, and managing installations and maintenance of IT equipment and systems. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, offering user training for clients, and ensuring the proper functioning of all implemented technological solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address client needs will be a key element of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to effectively identify and resolve technical issues
  • Knowledge and experience in Information Technology, including hardware, software, and network systems
  • Strong Customer Service skills to provide comprehensive assistance to clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Ability to offer clear and effective Training for end-users on operating and maintaining technological solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site environment and adapt to evolving client needs
  • Previous experience in smart home or technology systems is an advantage
  • Relevant educational qualifications or certification in IT or a related field
