Role and Responsibilities

This role combines technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to scale a data-driven culture that accelerates innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

  • Lead a cross-functional analytics team and build a high-performance, business-driven culture, partnering with Brisa Group tech to ensure full alignment with governance, shared tools, and architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data needs, define business KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that drive impact
  • Orchestrate a structured and transparent intake and prioritization process for analytics initiatives across departments, while designing and developing scalable, value-driven dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
  • Drive data self-service across the business, enabling teams to answer their own questions, while shaping Via Verde's analytics vision and roadmap to deliver innovation and measurable value.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team coordination role
  • Advanced BI & data storytelling (Power BI preferred), with strong DAX/Power Query and SQL skills across modern data platforms.
  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver insights, translating business metrics into clear, strategic outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and Data Cloud (data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution)
  • Understanding of data governance principles in federated data ecosystems, with familiarity with modern data-stack architectures (including Microsoft Fabric) and APIs/data ingestion pipelines (REST, JSON, Salesforce connectors) (nice to have).
  • Experience in mobility, subscription services, or consumer-facing digital businesses (nice to have)
