The Role

As a
Dutch-Speaking Content Moderator
, you will be the frontline defense for one of the world's most influential digital landscapes. Working
on-site at our modern Lisbon headquarters
, you will analyze user-generated content to ensure it complies with established policies and legal requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Content Review:
    Monitor and review Dutch-language content (videos, text, and images) to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines and community standards.
  • Safety & Policy:
    Identify and remove harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content, playing a key role in preventing online harassment and misinformation.
  • Objective Analysis:
    Make high-quality decisions based on complex policy sets, ensuring a fair and consistent experience for all users.
  • Trend Identification:
    Stay updated on local cultural nuances and emerging trends within the Dutch-speaking digital space to better interpret context.
  • Data Integrity:
    Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and provide feedback on policy effectiveness to improve platform safety.

What You Bring

  • Language Skills:
    Native or Near-Native
    Dutch (C1/C2 level)
    is essential for understanding cultural context and slang.
  • English Skills:
    A solid
    B2 level of English
    is required for training, policy documentation, and collaborating with a diverse team of over 50 nationalities.
  • Critical Thinking:
    The ability to remain objective and make quick, informed decisions when reviewing sensitive material.
  • Resilience:
    A professional approach to handling various types of online content and a commitment to maintaining a safe digital environment.
  • Location:
    Readiness to work

    No prior moderation experience? No problem. Our
