As a Product Documentation & Portfolio Trainee at Körber, you will support our Product Solution and Product Management teams in structuring, maintaining, and improving product and offer documentation across our Supply Chain portfolio. This role offers hands-on exposure to documentation standards, portfolio management, and digital tools within a global technology and automation environment, contributing directly to the quality and consistency of our product communication.
Your role in our team- You will support the creation, review, and update of product and offer documentation, including manuals, guides, and technical specifications.
- You will help organize and maintain the product portfolio, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and up to date.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize documentation templates and processes.
- You will assist in preparing product-related content for internal and external presentations and websites.
- You will ensure all documentation follows company standards and quality guidelines.
- You will support the automation and optimization of documentation workflows to improve efficiency.
- You will contribute to website creation and updates for internal or product-related content.
- You will analyze and improve documentation processes using Excel and other Office tools.
- You are currently completing or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- You are detail-oriented, well organized, and comfortable working with structured information.
- You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to work in a technical and international environment.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting.
