We are now looking for a
Tableau Data Engineer
willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid project based in
Porto
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain data infrastructure supporting Tableau-based reporting
  • Integrate, transform and model data from multiple sources
  • Manage
    Tableau Server architecture
    , including upgrades, migrations, and key changes
  • Support business users and developers with technical implementation and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to industrialize reporting needs
  • Configure and support non-production environments
  • Develop Tableau dashboards and internal monitoring tools
  • Ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability of delivered insights

Technical Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
  • Proficiency in
    Tableau Server architecture
    (mandatory)
  • Ability to
    perform upgrades, migrations and manage licensing
  • Strong experience with
    SQL
    and
    Python
    (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of
    ETL processes
  • Experience in
    banking
    or
    credit risk
    is a plus
  • Knowledge of
    SAS, PowerBI, Dataiku, Apache NiFi, JIRA
    is valued
  • Experience working in
    Agile environments

  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Proactive, organized and self-sufficient
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-changing environments
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus
