Your Mission
We're on the lookout for a driven and curious B2B Sales Development Representative to help us expand our reach.You'll be the first point of contact for companies exploring AI — identifying opportunities, creating meaningful connections, and opening doors for our consulting and AI strategy teams.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage potential B2B clients across key markets.
- Run smart, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to craft personalized strategies.
- Manage and nurture leads through our CRM, from first contact to qualification.
- Deliver compelling introductory pitches and discovery calls.
- Collaborate with AI consultants to shape project proposals and budgets.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of AI trends and industry needs.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales (preferably in tech, SaaS, or consulting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Native-level Portuguese communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, , or ActiveCampaign.
- A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.
- A natural curiosity for technology and a willingness to experiment and learn.
