We're looking for a People Experience Advisor Intern to join our Shared Services Center in Lisbon and support our global People Experience team. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern HR practices, contribute to international HR operations, and help shape the future of employee experience at Unit4.

What You'll Do

As a People Experience Advisor Intern, you'll:

• Support administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, time and absence, offboarding, document generation, support in payroll tasks, etc.
• Handle employee queries with professionalism and clarity.
• Learn and follow standardized operational processes, escalating complex matters to experienced Advisors and Payroll Specialists.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance in systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help build and maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with People Experience colleagues across regions to ensure consistency in support delivery.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• You have a genuine interest in HR and a passion for supporting employees.
• You are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• You have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with MS Office tools.
• You enjoy working in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
• You have previous work experience in any area.
  You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about the People Experience function and its impact.
