Field Services Engineer
for
Lisbon / South

area, preferably.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide instrument service and support mostly in structural equipment for operating room, ICU and emergency rooms, as well as anesthesia ventilators.
  • Including installation, preventive maintenance interventions, equipment failure diagnostics and repair, interventions quotations, initial operator training and security modification and upgrade.
  • Manage workflow, client interfacing and company requirements and procedures providing the best customer experience, and proper incident reporting.
  • Escalate support needs to manufacturers.
  • Answer to client requests – Providing part number, quotations, and other technical support.
  • Work together with the Backoffice and the Key Account Managers.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Graduated in biomedics, electronics or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a technician in a similar role.
  • Experience in monitoring /defibrillators systems, and Respiratory Ventilators equipments;
  • Technical assistance in life support systems.
  • Build cooperative relationships and work team.
  • Languages: Portuguese and English, Spanish will be valued.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
