Job Description
Join our Team as a Frontend Developer and contribute to our Group's mission of delivering top-tier Craftsmen's ERP solutions. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Frontend Developer to strengthen our Development Hub in Lisbon, that collaborates with other Group Product and Engineering Teams - Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany - that together build and maintain our Group Products.

Our hybrid work setup offers flexibility, allowing you to work three days a week in the office and two days from home.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute, Mentor and Tech coach a Frontend Development Team on Product Development and Maintenance activities using Angular and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Use both AI-Augmented (use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and others to accelerate, enhance, and automate parts of the Development lifecycle) and AI-Agentic (AI agents to plan, write, test, and integrate code) Software Development approaches.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and maintainability of the codebase.
• Create high-quality, maintainable code with good Automated Unit Test Code Coverage.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise and provide timely solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.

Skills & Requirements

• Angular [Required] - The candidate must have strong proficiency in Angular, including a deep understanding of Angular concepts, components, services, and routing. Experience with the latest Angular versions is preferred.
• TypeScript [Required] - Strong knowledge and experience in TypeScript, including its features, syntax, and best practices for writing maintainable code.
• Proficiency [Highly desirable] with both AI-Augmented and AI-Agentic Development approaches.
• GraphQL [Desirable] - Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus. Familiarity with querying data using GraphQL and integrating it with frontend applications is highly beneficial.
• API Integration [Desirable] - Experience working with APIs to fetch and manipulate data in frontend applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating them into Angular Applications.
• Experience with Automated Frontend Testing Tools such as Cypress, Selenium or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience using tools like Jira, GitLab, and GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in Agile Development Methodology and collaborative team environments.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and excellent communication and Teamwork abilities.
