We're Hiring: Growth Director @ MOVE Pre-Workout Lisbon-based (hybrid) | €30K base with up to €60k OTE | Performance-first brandWe're MOVE — a challenger supplement brand engineered for performance-minded athletes who want clean, effective pre-workout formulas (without the hype, fillers, or crash). We're growing fast across the UK & EU and now looking for a sharp, experimental Growth Director to help scale our digital marketing, paid channels, and CRO efforts from our new base in Lisbon.This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in META and Google Analytics, optimises ad funnels in their sleep, and gets fired up by smashing revenue targets.⸻What You'll Do:• Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging channels• Optimise CRO on-site and across landing pages to boost AOV, CVR, and ROAS• Run experiments and growth loops across email, funnels, affiliate, and retention• Build & iterate on full campaign funnels (ads > landing pages > email flows)• Analyse, test, optimise — then do it all again faster and smarter• Work closely with our performance nutritionist, creative team, and founder⸻Who You Are:• 3+ years in performance marketing or DTC growth (agency or brand side)• Confident in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, Hotjar, Shopify• Strong grasp of paid acquisition strategy + execution• Obsessed with numbers, testing, funnels, and making ads convert• Data-driven, resourceful, entrepreneurial — and allergic to fluff• Fluent in English (written & spoken); Portuguese is a bonus• Lisbon-based or willing to relocate⸻What We Offer• Lisbon hybrid role – join us in our new workspace near the coast• Challenger brand energy – clean product, serious growth plans• Big ownership – be the right hand on growth alongside the founder• €30K max base with up to €60k OTE - scope for growth + performance bonus options• Direct access to industry-leading advisors (nutrition, creative, growth)• A brand you'll be proud to rep — with a team that backs bold moves⸻If you're ready to help build a performance brand with substance (and not just a hype machine), we'd love to hear from you.
