We're looking for a
Business Analyst
to join a project in the Insurance industry.

What will you do?


• Identify, analyse and define functional and business requirements for project development;


• Prepare and submit business requirements documents;


• Prepare acceptance test plans (UAT), schedule them with the different stakeholders and execute them;


• Detect opportunities for continuous improvement in the App and website journeys and implement solutions that respond accordingly;


• Contribute suggestions to improve the value proposition of processes, products and services;


• Coordinate your actions with multiple stakeholders (IT, marketing, banking, etc.) to ensure the necessary alignment in project development.

What do you need to know?


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field;


• 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst;


• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes and convert requirements into clear technical specifications;


• Good knowledge of Agile methodology;


• Experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
