Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

As an IT Customs Solutions – Business Analyst, you will support IT transformation projects and optimize customs and shipping processes by coordinating between users, specialists, and external providers to gather requirements, monitor incidents, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Contribute to IT transformation and lifecycle projects
  • Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, testing, and rollout management for customs software and shipment processes
  • Monitor and drive the resolution of incidents, providing user support for system issues and queries
  • Deliver IT support for customs applications (MIC) and SAP shipment processes within global IT guidelines, ensuring timely and efficient user satisfaction
  • Be responsible for supporting the market customs clearance solution hosted on a private cloud by a third-party provider
  • Coordinate with business users, IT infrastructure and SAP specialists, as well as external development and support teams
Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

You are a motivated team player with a passion for technology and logistics, eager to connect people and processes through smart digital solutions. Your analytical mindset, customer focus, and intercultural communication skills help you work proactively and effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (mandatory)
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT or supply chain related job, in a multinational company (mandatory)
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain management (preferred)
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills (mandatory)
  • Demonstrate a high customer orientation and a solution-driven mindset (mandatory)
  • Show advanced intercultural and communication skills for international collaboration (mandatory)
  • Work independently in a global team and actively seek help when needed (mandatory)
  • Fluency in English is a must; German language skills (written and spoken) are preferred
