Buscamos un/a
Site Quality Manager
para incorporarse a un proyecto internacional ubicado en
Sines (Portugal)
. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar y supervisar todas las actividades
QA/QC
en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales, normativos y de calidad a lo largo de la fase de construcción.

Responsabilidades

Implementar el Site Quality Plan para todas las actividades del área de construcción, en coordinación con el Project Quality Manager.


Actuar como punto de contacto único y responsable de todas las actividades QAQC frente a terceros (cliente, subcontratas, inspecciones).


Liderar el Site Quality Management Team, coordinando a Area QC Engineers, QA Engineers, Welding/NDE Engineers, Lead QC Inspectors, Discipline Inspectors, Certification Engineers y personal administrativo asociado a la documentación de calidad.


Participar en los procesos de selección del equipo de Calidad de Construcción en obra.


Asegurar que el personal de Construcción conoce los objetivos y requisitos de calidad, desarrollando e impartiendo planes de inducción y formación.


Revisar y aprobar los planes y procedimientos de los Subcontratistas desde el punto de vista de calidad, garantizando su alineación con los requisitos contractuales.


Ejecutar actividades QAQC durante la fase de construcción del proyecto y contratos relacionados.


Verificar la conformidad de los trabajos respecto a los requisitos contractuales, procedimientos, plazos y estándares de fabricación.


Garantizar que la información técnica, documentación y QCPs necesarios estén disponibles a tiempo según el cronograma de construcción.


Coordinarse diariamente con Subcontratistas, supervisando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad.


Asegurar la correcta gestión y archivo de los registros de calidad, inspecciones y documentación técnica relevante tanto en la organización del Service Provider como en la de los Subcontratistas.


Gestionar la presencia y coordinación con entidades de inspección externas cuando sea necesario.


Monitorizar la eficacia del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS) en obra mediante auditorías y revisión continua, proponiendo acciones de mejora.


Detectar y reportar cualquier desviación QAQC que afecte a la calidad o entregables, definiendo acciones de recuperación y realizando seguimiento hasta su resolución.


Contribuir a las evaluaciones técnicas de ofertas relacionadas con el alcance de Construcción.


Participar en la evaluación del rendimiento de Subcontratistas y Agencias de Inspección.


Gestionar y actualizar la documentación QAQC en herramientas internas para gestión de calidad y control documental.


Gestionar y actualizar información QAQC en herramientas internas de gestión de construcción.


Analizar la información aportada por los Contratistas de Construcción y monitorizar la evolución de los KPIs de calidad.


Asegurar que los Subcontratistas desarrollan y mantienen registros de finalización para un traspaso adecuado en la Mechanical Completion.


Garantizar la identificación, análisis y reporte de fallos críticos de calidad.


Coordinar con el Site Project Control Manager la elaboración de los informes semanales y mensuales de progreso.


Revisar los Test Packs y el Dossier Final de Construcción.

Requisitos

Formación: Diploma Técnico o Grado en Ingeniería.


Experiencia mínima de 5 años en funciones QAQC en obra, preferiblemente en proyectos industriales, petroquímicos o energéticos.


Experiencia demostrable en gestión de equipos multidisciplinares de calidad.


Conocimientos QAQC, inspección, control documental de calidad y gestión de subcontratistas.


Idiomas: español, inglés nivel C1 y portugués.

Requisitos Deseables

Experiencia en Vendor Performance Management.


Experiencia en proyectos equivalentes o en compañías de ingeniería similares.


Certificaciones IWE o similar, Frosio Level II (si aplica).


Experiencia en gestión de QAQC en entornos EPC/EPCM internacionales.
