Content Curation & Technical Implementation Specialist (Dutch-Speaking)

Summary: Are you a technically inclined professional with a keen eye for detail and fluency in Dutch? We are seeking specialists for niche roles focused on content quality and technical project implementation for a major global search engine. One role allows for Remote work within 100km of Lisbon, while the other is based at our EXPO facility. These positions require a blend of analytical thinking, quality assurance, and project coordination to ensure optimal service delivery for the Dutch-speaking market.

Responsibilities:

• Content Curation: Review, audit, and improve the quality and relevance of online content for search engine systems, ensuring adherence to strict editorial and quality guidelines. Identify trends and inconsistencies that require system-level changes.
• Technical Implementation: Coordinate and execute the integration of new technical products or features for business clients, acting as the bridge between sales, engineering, and the client.
• Manage smaller-scale technical projects, including timeline tracking, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical support and expertise during the rollout and testing phases of new services.
• Generate reports and provide feedback to central teams regarding content quality and implementation hurdles specific to the Dutch language and market.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Language Skills: Full professional fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and professional working proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Linguistics, Communications, IT, or Business/Engineering.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content management, data quality, technical support, project coordination, or a similar detail-oriented role.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Familiarity with technical concepts, content management systems (CMS), or basic HTML/SQL is highly beneficial. Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

• Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week).

Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Inhoudsbeheer: Beoordelen, auditeren en verbeteren van de kwaliteit en relevantie van online content, waarbij u zorgt voor naleving van strenge redactionele en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. Signaleren van trends en inconsistenties.
• Technische Uitvoering: Coördineren en uitvoeren van de integratie van nieuwe technische producten of functies voor zakelijke klanten. U fungeert als schakel tussen sales, engineering en de klant.
• Beheren van kleinschalige technische projecten, inclusief planning, resourceallocatie en probleemoplossing.
• Bieden van technische ondersteuning en expertise tijdens de uitrol en testfase van nieuwe diensten.
• Rapporten opstellen en feedback geven aan centrale teams over de kwaliteit van de inhoud en implementatie-uitdagingen specifiek voor de Nederlandse taal en markt.

Functievereisten:

• Taalvaardigheid: Volledige professionele beheersing van Nederlands (C2) en eveneens een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (C2).
• Opleiding: Bachelor-diploma in een relevant vakgebied zoals Taalkunde, Communicatie, IT of Business/Engineering.
• Ervaring: 1-2 jaar ervaring in contentbeheer, datakwaliteit, technische ondersteuning, projectcoördinatie of een vergelijkbare, detailgerichte functie.
• Vaardigheden: Uitzonderlijke aandacht voor detail en sterke analytische vaardigheden. Enige kennis van technische concepten, Content Management Systemen (CMS), of basis HTML/SQL is zeer wenselijk. Uitstekende schriftelijke communicatie en organisatorische vaardigheden.
