Responsabilità:
- Implementare strategie di vendita online.
- Analizzare dati di vendita, traffico e comportamento del consumatore.
- Garantire un'esperienza utente coerente e ottimizzata.
- Seguire l'intero processo dal primo contatto con il cliente.
- Rispettare gli obiettivi di qualità e produttività.
- Aggiornare e gestire il database clienti.
Profilo:
- Padronanza della lingua italiana (livello C2).
- Esperienza nel servizio clienti o call center (preferenziale).
- Orientamento ai risultati e buona capacità di argomentazione.
- Disponibilità dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 7:30 alle 16:00.
- Disponibilità per lavoro in presenza a Porto (Trindade).
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office.
- Ottime capacità comunicative, dinamismo e spirito di squadra.
Condizioni:
- Retribuzione base competitiva e piano di crescita professionale.
- Premio di produttività garantito nei primi 6 mesi, pagato al 7º mese.
- Indennità di pasto.
- Formazione iniziale retribuita e supporto continuo.
- Inserimento in un progetto solido, con buone prospettive di sviluppo.
