Purpose As Senior BI developer, you design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enhance data analysis and reporting processes, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Develop, test, and implement BI solutions such as dashboards and reports. Create and manage BI and analytics solutions to convert data into actionable insights. Execute database queries and conduct analyses. Perform ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into the BI database. Maintain and support data analytics platforms. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs. Present analysis results and recommendations to business managers. Develop and update technical documentation. Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting. Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field is required. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), or AWS Certified Data Analytics are strongly preferred. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is essential for effective performance. A master's degree in data science, business analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of BI technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau, etc. Proficiency in SQL and database management. Experience with data warehousing concepts and data visualization techniques. Functional Competencies Governance, Risk and Control Analytics and reporting IT Tools and application Inspection, testing, commissioning and monitoring Digital savvy Management of change application Planning Technical Data Management
