  • Dominar o processo de RFI e RFP para novas oportunidades ao:
  • Desenvolver uma estratégia de ganhos para criar uma proposta personalizada e diferenciada que esteja claramente articulada e alinhada com as necessidades do cliente.
  • Dominar o preço e a solução completando uma análise da mão de obra, folhas de custos da CBRE e do cliente, verificando e desafiando as soluções e os preços dos fornecedores, vinculando-se às Parcerias da CBRE e seguindo os processos de aprovação de preços.
  • Possuir a resposta à proposta e o sumário executivo, trabalhando em parceria com BUSC e BUL para desenvolver documentos de vendas (RFI, RFP, apresentações) que articulem valor e uma compreensão profunda das necessidades do cliente.
  • Motivar e impulsionar a equipa para que se mantenha a par dos prazos, trabalhando com o BUSC para planear e estruturar as respostas, escrever perguntas-chave para a solução e planear o resumo da proposta, verificando e desafiando a qualidade.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipa comercial para negociar contratos e assegurar acordos rentáveis.
  • Planear, gerir e dirigir visitas às instalações, apresentações e workshops para os clientes.
  • Aceitar novas propostas e pedidos de alteração para os clientes existentes.
