What you'll be doingAs a Customer Support Specialist, you'll support Danish-speaking users with everything from simple questions to full travel plans. Your role helps travelers feel confident and inspired — and makes their experience smoother from start to finish.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls, messages, and emails from users
- Managing reservations, special requests, changes, and complaints
