Your responsibilities:
Provide high-quality phone support to our French-speaking customers.
Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
Handle customer requests in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.).
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
What we're looking for:
Fluency in French
(minimum C1 level – required). English is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00).
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.
Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Lisbon area.
