Helpdesk & Field Support Technician

PROFILE:
- Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade;
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in first-line technical support;
- Good knowledge of hardware, networks, and infrastructure;
- Proven experience with Windows systems;
- Familiarity with ticket resolution;
- Knowledge of Easyvista (valued);
- ITIL certification (valued);
- Driver's license (mandatory);
- Availability to travel in the North and Center (Porto/Coimbra) and (Lisbon);
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills and customer focus;
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
