What you will do. A glimpse in your role:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support our IT Finance Manager in delivering accurate, timely, and efficient financial and procurement operations for the technology organization. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across IT, Procurement, and Finance functions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Procurement & Purchase Order Management

  • Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in PO and invoice processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices

Project Portfolio Support

  • Assist with setup and financial tracking of projects in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system
  • Support project managers with accurate financial monitoring

Vendor and Contract Management

  • Maintain a centralized contract database for all IT vendors
  • Monitor contract renewals and support negotiation and documentation processes
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation for compliance

Audit and Compliance

  • Contribute to audit readiness and implementation of compliance controls
  • Assist during internal and external audit processes related to IT financials

Reporting and Analysis

  • Develop ad hoc financial and procurement reports
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities

Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in accounting, vendor management, procurement or administration
  • Proficiency in advanced English.
  • Advanced Excel skills are advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Superb organisational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of accounting standards
  • Motivated person who can work with a remote team
  • Good interrelation skills with other teams

Location & Hybrid Model:

  • Based in Portugal – Porto office
  • Hybrid setup: 2 days per week in the office
