Your Mission

As a Junior Business Analyst Intern, you will support a key initiative for one of our large multinational clients in the insurance sector. This internship will give you hands-on experience in both business analysis and quality assurance, while learning how to translate business needs into structured and actionable solutions.

You will work closely with experienced Business Analysts, QA Engineers, stakeholders, and technical teams, gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the analysis of business requirements and help translate them into clear functional documentation
• Help create an optimal test set including functional and performance related tests.
• Assist in creating and executing test cases, reviewing test scenarios, and preparing test data
• Support functional testing by logging defects, and tracking issues in tools like JIRA
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Help document processes, workflows, and project requirements in a structured and clear way
• Assist in the creation of test cases and support quality assurance activities
• Act as a point of support between business and technical teams to help ensure effective communication

• You have a strong interest in Business Analysis, QA and problem-solving
• Any academic background is welcome, as long as you are a curious, motivated and willing to learn person
• You are open to gaining hands-on experience in quality assurance, including creating and executing test cases and supporting functional testing
• Any academic projects, internships, or exposure to business or IT environments is a plus
• You are eager to learn about process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder interaction
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a bonus
• You have strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
• You enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment
• You are comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
