En tant que Customer Success Specialist - SaaS vous apporterez une véritable valeur ajoutée à la solution d'accompagnement sur la plateforme SaaS proposée par l'entreprise.
L'Offre:
- Assister les utilisateurs de la plateforme ou de l'application mobile ;
- Accompagner et développer la bonne utilisation des services en fonction de l'activité de vos clients ;
- S'assurer de former vos intermédiaires sur l'utilisation de la plateforme ;
- Définir et appliquer une stratégie digitale pour optimiser les performances de vos clients ;
- Conseiller et informer les équipes de vos clients en vous appuyant sur des rapports de performances réguliers ;
- Partager l'expérience de vos clients avec votre équipe en vue de participer à l'amélioration des services et des stratégies ;
- Faire preuve de force de proposition et promouvoir les dernières innovations de l'entreprise ;
- Identifier les besoins et les opportunités de développement commercial du portefeuille client ;
Pré-requis:
- Parfaite maîtrise du français à l'écrit et l'oral ainsi que l'anglais ( Niveau C2)
- Précédente expérience en service client et/ou vente;
- Bonne connaissances des techniques commerciales de base;
- À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et digitaux;
- Excellente capacité d'organistion;
