Finance
team to join us in the position of
Analyst, Planning & Reporting
.

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of experience in the areas of consulting or controlling
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and analysis of the individual/consolidated accounts of a business unit(s)/companies to be reported on a quarterly basis to the Board of Directors, or other clients;
  • Assist the business unit(s) on the budgeting process and 5-year strategic plan (from the financial perspective);
  • Support the decision-making process by providing reliable business information and presenting varied real estate industry insights and a global view of the Company and Business environment;
  • Support in the coordination of business projects;
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses according to the needs of the several stakeholders, which include Board, business unit(s) representatives and shareholders.
