Cross Border Talents is looking for fluent Russian speakers to join an excising project with our multinational client in Porto-with a welcome bonus of EUR 1000

Start Date: 31 July and August 21 

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work Type: On-site

Language Requirement: Russian (Fluent) + English (B2 level)

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide outstanding assistance to users of next-gen social media and smart devices via chat, email, or phone.

  • Guide customers in solving technical or account-related issues with empathy and efficiency.

  • Monitor and report user feedback, bugs, and suggestions to enhance product performance.

  • Follow standard procedures and contribute to a positive customer experience.

  • Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to continuously improve service delivery.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Russian and good command of English (B2+).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and tech gadgets.

  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.

  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation after the initial training period (starts with morning shifts).

  • Availability to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off.

Package Details
Compensation & Benefits

  • Welcome bonus of EUR 1000

  • Base salary: EUR 1,000 gross/month (paid over 14 months).

  • Extra payment for working night hours, public holidays and Sundays

  • Meal allowance: EUR 7.63 net per working day.
