O nosso cliente, uma empresa de referência no setor industrial, pretende reforçar a sua estrutura interna com a integração de um
Production Manager (m/f)
, numa ótica de consolidação das suas operações na região do Grande Porto.

Reportando ao Diretor Operações, este profissional terá como responsabilidades:

  • Gerir e otimizar as operações de produção, garantindo eficiência, qualidade e cumprimento de prazos.
  • Planear e monitorizar as atividades produtivas, assegurando a alocação adequada de recursos.
  • Implementar práticas de Lean Manufacturing e melhoria contínua.
  • Coordenar equipas multidisciplinares, promovendo um ambiente de cooperação e desempenho elevado.
  • Analisar indicadores de desempenho e propor estratégias para aumento da produtividade.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, ambiente e qualidade.
  • Definir e executar planos estratégicos para gerir timings, inventário e stock de matérias primas fundamentais para o abastecimento das linhas industriais.

Requisitos:

  • Formação académica em Engenharia Industrial, Engenharia Mecânica ou Gestão Industrial.
  • Experiência profissional superior a 4 anos em funções de gestão de produção.
  • Bons conhecimentos de ambiente industrial, preferencialmente no setor metalomecânico e em gestão de projetos industriais.
  • Experiência comprovada em Lean Manufacturing, otimização de procedimentos e utilização de ferramentas de qualidade.
  • Forte orientação para o cumprimento de objetivos e resultados.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e liderança.
  • Espírito de equipa e colaboração.
  • Fluência em Inglês.
