To support our expansion in Portugal, we are looking for to our Porto team:

Senior Project Manager (m/f/x)

  • Supervise whole construction process and quality of the works.
  • Coordinate contractors and suppliers involved in the construction process.
  • Represent company in all matters related to technical and organizational issues arising from day-to-day activities of the work
  • Regularly report the progress and status of the works to the higher management
  • Identify/manage issues/risks arising during the project implementation
  • Manage resources and direct project to the full completion
  • Be responsible for decision making onsite
  • Cooperate and communicate with internal and external project stakeholders
  • Come up with ideas and options to project issues/challenges
  • Manage budgets in terms of estimating forecasts
  • Evaluate and ensure the technical parts of projects development in compliance with technical standards and policies
  • Review of the execution design throughout the whole construction process in line of technical standards and proof practical compliance
  • Lead construction meetings on site
  • Costs estimate map preparation and update.
  • Project costs - tendering skills
  • Experience in procurement and award of works

Our requirements:

  • Higher Education of Civil Engineering and previous experience in construction management
  • Previous experience in a similar function within logistics real estate will be positively appreciated
  • Valid Building Trade Certificate in construction management
  • Additional Construction Certificates and BREEAM knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of construction management software: design, budget, time scheduling, etc
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to align with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to switch between more projects at the same time
  • Very good written and spoken English language knowledge
  • Possibility to go on business trips in Portugal
  • Driving licence
